Welcome to Saxon Attorney Services. By accessing or using our website, requesting services, or interacting with our company in any manner, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of all services provided by Saxon Attorney Services (“we,” “us,” “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Saxon Attorney Services provides legal support services including, but not limited to:

  • Service of Process

  • Court Filings

  • Document Retrieval

  • Skip Tracing

  • Stakeouts and Investigations

  • Messenger and Courier Services

Services are provided in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents and instructions are legally sound and accurate.

2. Service Requests and Instructions

You agree to provide clear, complete, and lawful instructions when requesting services. Failure to do so may result in delays, rejection, or unsuccessful service. Once a job is submitted, we reserve the right to reject or cancel the assignment for any reason, including—but not limited to—legal conflict, safety concerns, or insufficient information.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

All service fees are due prior to commencement of work unless a written billing agreement is in place. Prices are quoted based on scope, urgency, location, and number of attempts. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Rush or same-day service

  • Multiple service attempts

  • Mileage or remote areas

  • Stakeouts or extended surveillance

  • Notarized proofs, special affidavits, or out-of-county filings

Non-payment or repeated delinquency may result in termination of services and/or forwarding to collections.

4. No Guarantees

While we make reasonable efforts to serve all documents effectively and timely, we cannot guarantee successful service in every case. Factors beyond our control—such as evasive subjects, bad addresses, court closures, or weather events—may affect outcomes. No refunds will be issued for unsuccessful attempts if all due diligence was performed.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding the service subject and case.

  • Ensure the legality of all documents submitted.

  • Respond promptly to communication or clarification requests.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all case information with strict confidentiality and discretion. Any information shared with third-party process servers or vendors is only done to fulfill your service requests and under professional obligation of confidentiality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saxon Attorney Services shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to inaccurate instructions or documentation

  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g. courts, traffic, individuals evading service)

  • Incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, abusive behavior, fraudulent use, nonpayment, or repeated violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Saxon Attorney Services. You may not reproduce or use any materials without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or dispute shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in San Diego, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
