What is the cost for someone to be served?

Our process serving fees are simple and affordable. At Saxon Attorney Services, we charge a flat fee with unlimited attempts across all of San Diego County. You pay one price—no matter how many times we need to try. There are no hidden costs. Our process serving fees include multiple attempts on different days and times until the job is done. We serve all areas, from Chula Vista to Oceanside.

How many attempts are made to complete service?

Our fee for service includes unlimited attempts at the address that you provide until service is completed.

What happens if the person will not answer the door for the process server?

If, after several days, our process server determines that the individual is actively evading service, then we can recommend and perform a stakeout. In this case, we’ll attempt to serve the individual as they leave their home or business. However, please note that there is a separate fee for a stakeout.

How quickly can you get somebody served?

To ensure fast service, we always leave room in our schedule to accommodate rush or on-demand service of process. In most cases, we can make the first attempt within two hours of receiving the documents.
